How To Go Green New Year’s Resolutions

December 11th, 2009

We are coming towards the end of the year and there has been a lot of talk about climate change and going green and we are all wondering what is in store for 2010 regarding living sustainably.

I think we should all start making new years resolutions on things we can do to live greener.

Here are a my top five resolutions you might want to consider:

1. Look we all like to spoil ourselves with snacks such as chocolate, so why not buy fair trade, and do your part to help others get a fair wage.

2. Stop swearing at other drivers and take a walk or ride a bike when going on short trips..

3. Buy an Eco friendly stainless steel water bottle to carry around with you and show off to your friends with. This will help combat the plastic bottles clogging up our landfills.

4. Appearance is important to us all, it gives us out identity, so do not leave the tap running when brushing teeth or shaving legs and face. Use personal care products that are free from harmful chemicals and better for the environment.

5. Support your local green community participate in walks, runs, swims show a face and meet like minded people.

Oh Yeh one more resolution don’t forget to support my site, you know it makes sense :-) , shameless I know.

Don’t forget to leave a comment and tell me what your green new year resolutions are, or just connect.

Have a wonderful holiday.
